We aim to have your AI receptionist live within the timeframe communicated to you (typically within 48 hours of sign-up and provision of required information). Timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of your requirements.
Fees for our services are set out in your chosen plan or agreement. Pricing depends on your specific requirements and is confirmed before you commit. Month-to-month plans may be cancelled in accordance with your agreement; fixed-term plans are subject to their stated terms.
We strive to provide reliable, continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers, telecommunications networks, or events beyond our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, AlwaysAnswer's total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or missed business.
